The sauces were just incredible! There was patience, professionalism and culinary flair worked into every course we ate. Chef Stephan's easy, approachable demeanour made the experience a real treat. It was a very lovely evening.The food was delicious. For the future, I would probably have this service with a group of people, rather than just for 2. Very Good.
This was our first Chef Experience so we weren't sure what to expect. We didn't know if we would be comfortable. Were we ever pleasantly surprised. Courtney made us feel incredibly comfortable and he was the perfect blend of professional and friendly. The food itself was unbelievable. The presentation and taste could not be beat. We have already recommended the Chef Experience to our friends and will definitely use the service again in the future. The highlight... Can't really pick one thing but I would summarize the the highlight as saying that the overall experience was what won me over. If the food was great but the chef wasn't personable,then I wouldn't be giving out 10s like I did above for the ratings. If the chef was nice, but the presentation was ordinary, then it wouldn't be so special either. Let's just say the overall experience made our 25th wedding anniverary one to remember. Thanks very much!
Our chef made the most delicious meal last night. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Mmm, Mmm, Mmm!
My mother-in-law (one of our guests) has called twice today already, to thank us! So Thank You, Chef Alliance, because she's usually complaining about something I've done wrong - Ha, Ha! Just joking!
The whole evening has left my wife and I feeling so refreshed. We've been working so hard, & the dinner has helped recharge the old batteries! We'll be calling you again soon.
