Chef Bruce was very knowledgeable and friendly! We enjoyed a variety of Hor D'oeuvres and our main dish was absolutely delicious. Our in home cooking class was a memorable and enjoyable experience, which we hope to repeat in the future.
None of at the dinner had had an experience like that before. We usually meet regularly at a restaurant but now we have another venue! The cost would be the same but the service would be much better and personel. We would also ask for Bojan again or certainly wait for him to be available. He was very pleasant to have around..we did not want to have anything too formal and he ended up being very casual as well which we so enjoyed.
We were not at all awkward because he was so friendly and kind.
I also watched him for a while and was able to learn some things as well.
The food was beautifully presented, especially the desert! It was amazing and tasted as good as it looked.
He cleaned up the kitchen as well..that was a pleasant surprise and I even took photos while he was working which I will send him soon.
It was an extemely pleasant evening and we hope to do it again soon.

loved the food, I had tried making polenta myself before and was a little apprehensive at first because of my failed attempt. But the food was fantastic, and somthing I would not have made myself. And to top it off I got to visit the whole evening with my guests and did not have anything to clean up either. 10/10
